Refurbished Equipment
We currently refurbish the following products:

  • Geac/Fasfax MK-IV and peripherals
  • Geac/Fasfax Pro 600 and peripherals
  • NCR 2760 and peripherals
  • Par 2000 Series and peripherals
  • Par 3000 Series and peripherals

We also receive other makes and models of POS equipment, e.g., Panasonic, Micros, Sicom, Sable and NCR. This equipment is sold as is to end users and other refurbishing companies.

Things We Can Provide
Below are some of the benefits of refurbished equipment and the services we provide to support the equipment:

  1. You will save up to 50% of the price of a new system.
  2. We can install the equipment any place in the United States.
  3. We have a 24-hour, 7-day per week help line to help troubleshoot hardware-related problems.
  4. We will come to your area and train your personnel on how to troubleshoot the problems typically encountered at the store. Alternatively, you can have your personnel come to our Seattle office and we will provide training at our office.
  5. The equipment cosmetically looks and operates like new.
  6. We stand behind our work with a 120-day equipment warranty. We will replace any defective parts using UPS Next Day Air at our expense.
  7. Some of the equipment we refurbish is no longer produced by the original manufacturer. You can continue using equipment that you are familiar with and your entire accounting system is based on for your new stores.
  8. Our refurbishing procedures allow us to produce top quality equipment that is second to none in the the hospitality industry.
  9. We replace the CRTs on all the terminals that use them and all the kitchen monitors.
  10. Unlike many of our competitors, we replace all worn parts; they just clean them.

Things We Can Not Provide
If you are considering refurbished equipment for your new store or upgrade here are a few items we are not able to provide:

  1. We do not provide or sell software. You will have to obtain this from the original manufacturer.
  2. We do not provide operational training.
  3. We do not provide software support.
