On-Site Service
We have service locations in Portland Oregon, Seattle Washington and Los Angeles California. These locations are staffed by quality technicians that understand the electronic and Point-Of-Sale service industry. We provice provide on-site service in these areas for various models of the Fasfax, NCR and Par product lines.

In addition to the areas where we have our own service locations, we also have relationships with other service organizations in the Sacramento, Salt Lake City, St. Louis, Reno and Las Vegas areas. These organizations provide service for our customers as a representative of ABOL Systems. We support them with technical knowledge of the equipment as well as spare parts. To use these service organizations, we would have to make prior arrangements and determine if this type of service is right for your operations.

Our goal is to provide professional technicians, quality parts and timely service.

Depot Repaired Parts
As many of our customers will attest to, it is possible to minimize the cost of POS maintenance by replacing the defective parts with restaurant personnel. We provide depot repaired parts for models of the Fasfax, NCR and Par product lines. We have a 24- hour, 7 days a week help line that will assist your store personnel in determining if there is a defective part, and if so, which one it is.

Below is brief description of how our depot parts program works:

  1. You call toll free 800-932-9828 and describe the problem to us.
  2. We might ask you to check a few things that could solve your problem immediately.
  3. After discussing the problem and possibly swapping a few parts around we will be able to determine what component is failing.
  4. We will ship you the part via UPS to arrive when you specify:   Next Day, Second Day, Third Day or Ground.
  5. We will issue instructions in a few days to UPS to have them stop by with a return label and pick up the old part.
  6. All we ask is to have the part boxed, sealed and ready to be picked up by UPS.

If you are not currently using a depot parts repair service it might be something you could seriously consider to cut down on some of you maintenance costs.
