ABOL Systems began in Seattle, Washington, in 1984 as a third party service provider for the Documentor POS product line. Over the years, as we became more familiar with the different makes and models of POS equipment within the hospitality industry, we have provided the same high quality service for this equipment as well. We currently provide both on-site and depot repaired parts for the Fasfax MK-IV, Fasfax MK-V, Fasfax PRO600, NCR 2760, Par 2000, Par 3000, Micros 2400 and Micros 2700. However, in the past we have maintained DTS 150, DTS 200, DTS 400, DTS 571, Omron, Fasfax MK-III, Documentor 4700, NCR 2126 and NCR 2160. We still take care of a few of those products; however, our customer base is starting to dwindle in models that are 20 years old. (Who said equipment doesn't last...)

Seattle repair depot

As our business grew, we saw a need for the same type of service in other parts of the country and have since opened offices in the Portland, Oregon area and the Los Angeles area. We also have established local cash register dealers to work for us on a sub-contracting basis in Sacramento, Reno, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City and St. Louis.

We feel we provide better service than you can buy from the manufacturer or other third party service providers. Our technicians are experienced with a lifetime commitment to the electronics and POS industry. They are professional and understand the value of our customers.

Not only do we provide on-site and depot repair services, we also provide high quality refurbished POS systems and components. Our operation in our Seattle office is set up to tear down and rebuild equipment to like new condition. We typically save our customers about 50% of the cost of a new system.
