Depot Repair
When a system component is identified as being defective it is shipped to our repair facility in Redmond, WA. Once received we repair the issue and ship it right back to you using the shipping method of your choice.
This is the most cost effective way of maintaining you POS equipment. Coupled with a few spare parts it is the most efficient also. By using our free telephone support services you will identify and replace the defective component immediately. The defective part will be repaired and returned quickly and economically.

A service technician will issue you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). It will be a 5 digit number we will reference when the item arrives. - Ship the part with the RMA number written on the box or easily found inside to:

Redmond, WA 98052 - We will repair the part and ship it back to you using the shipping method of your choice. When a part arrives we typically will have the repaired part shipped back within 3 days of its arrival.
Advance Exchange
When a system component is identified as being defective we ship you a replacement part. Upon arrival you replace the part and ship the defective part back to us. This eliminates the need for managing a spare parts inventory, however, it increases the cost somewhat and delays the repair by the length of time it takes to get the part to your store.

A technician will assist you in locating the defective component. - We ship a good replacement part whichever shipping method you prefer. Keep in mind the escalating cost of air shipments.
- Upon arrival, you would replace the defective part. Call our toll free telephone support service and a technician will step you through the process.
- Put the defective part in the same shipping container the good part came in.
- We will issue a 'UPS Call Tag' instructing the UPS driver to stop by and pick up the box. THe part would then be returned to our Redmond facility.
